In the room
How Ann works.
Ann works with individuals and couples navigating life's transitions, including career changes, relationship shifts, grief and loss, and recovery from substance use. As a career changer herself, she understands how seasons of change can challenge identity while opening the door to growth.
She believes greater self awareness is the foundation for living with more authenticity, purpose, and intention. Drawing on her clinical training and her lived experience, Ann helps clients move past barriers and build meaningful, lasting change. Her work is grounded in Adlerian, systems, and attachment theories.
“There is no such thing as work life balance. It is all life.”
— Ann Hatcher
Outside the room
The rest of her.
After more than two decades in executive human resources leadership, Ann followed a longstanding calling to become a therapist. Her experience as a leader, wife, and mother gives her a deep appreciation for the realities of balancing career, relationships, and personal growth, and for living in alignment with what matters most. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and holds an MBA from Belmont University. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys time with family and friends, volunteering in her community, exploring new places, and getting lost in a good book.
