Where we stand
A boutique practice
for the people who
carry a lot.
Anomaly is a private therapy and consultancy practice in Nashville, founded on the belief that high performers, founders, creatives, and the partners they love deserve relational depth — not wellness clichés.
Who we are
A relationship that is discerning, emotionally attuned, and authentic.
Anomaly Therapy was founded by Jess Mansell, LPC-MHSP, to create a different kind of therapy room — one designed for clients whose lives don't slow down, whose visibility shapes their work, and whose ambition has often outpaced their relational vocabulary.
The work is grounded, intentional, and emotionally precise. We place value in holding space. We challenge with purpose. We support you without softening your reality. This is therapy designed for lives with pressure, complexity, and responsibility — and the relational architecture they require.
Meet the team
Clinicians for complex lives.
Our team is intentionally small. Every clinician at Anomaly is selected for their clinical excellence and ability to sit with the kind of clients who don't usually let anyone in.
