Internship
Accessible Care interns.
Anomaly's internship is the entry point for advanced master-level students who want to learn inside a high-touch private practice. Interns carry their own caseload at a reduced fee, receive weekly supervision from our licensed team, and work in the same office, on the same model, as our senior clinicians.
Applications are reviewed seasonally. Send a CV, a short statement of interest, and your school's practicum requirements.
Associate
Associate-licensed clinicians.
We periodically bring on associate-licensed therapists pursuing full licensure. Associate roles include weekly team supervision, a clear caseload structure, and competitive pay. Must be working toward Tennessee licensure.
If we're not actively hiring, we still welcome introductions — most of our team came in this way.
Fully Licensed
Fully-licensed therapists.
Flexible schedule, administrative support, and a referral pipeline of high-quality clients seeking the kind of work we do.
Roles open by referral and conversation rather than posting. The best way in is an email and a 30-minute call.
What we look for
A sense of urgency, intrinsic motivation, and discernment.
We hire slowly and we keep our team small. We're not the right home for every clinician — and that's the point. If our brand voice and our model resonate, the conversation is usually quick.
